My name is Julia, and I'm so thrilled you're here!  The Thrifty Mallard Bulletin  is a creative blog I created as a precursor of my dream to one day individually create, own and manage an online thrift store called  The Thrifty Mallard.  The Thrifty Mallard is a curated collection of eclectic, second-hand clothing, bags, and accessories for women.  Long(-ish) gone are the days of feeling shackled by spending on seasonal trends to temporarily fit in. One day, I'd love to have my own store.
